Hot dry Spring expected for south east Australia; with water flows now 25 per cent of average

The Bureau of Meteorology had projected a hot spring with a below average rain - a 40 per cent-50 per cent chance of exceeding median rainfall for August to October, and 70 per cent chance of exceeding median maximum temperature.
